NTDP OFF ICE STICKHANDLING & AGILITY DRILLS
The following link will take you to twenty-one (21) great off-ice stickhandling drills made available in video (.wmv) format. These videos should play automatically on most any computer simply by double-clicking on each videos link. In order to SAVE any of these video files to your PC's hard drive, just right-click the link and select "Save Target As."
These stick and agility drills are off-ice drills that the National Team Development Program (NTDP) uses to keep players progressing when they aren't on the ice. They are designed to build on one another, beginning with "Soft Touch." Each drill is narrated by NTDP assistant coach Ken Martel, who explains the aim and focus of each.
