 BURNSVILLE HOCKEY FUNDRAISER

           Players and Parents:

BY POPULAR DEMAND QUALITY SHIRK’S PIZZA PIZZA’S!!!

          Starting today through January 17^th , BHC will be selling delicious Shirk’s Pizza Products. Our goal is to have 100% participation.  Each player is expected to sell a minimum of 30 items or 60 items per family.  If you choose not to sell the minimum number of items, the fundraising deposit will be forfeited to Burnsville Hockey Club. We are offering some Gift Cards for those that participate in the Shirk’s Pizza Fundraiser.

What to do:

     1.   Start selling today through January 9th, 2010 

2.  Collect money from your customer when you take the order. Checks should be made out to Burnsville Hockey Club.  If you collect cash you need to make one check out for the total of your cash.  NO CASH WILL BE ACCEPTED.

3.  Add up your sales to determine your total.  Make sure to complete the top of the order form with your name and phone number, etc. 

4.  Return your order form and checks on January 9th, 2010 in the meeting room at the Burnsville Ice Arena.  Each team will be assigned a turn in time which will be posted on the Burnsville Hockey website.

“Drive-Thru Delivery Day”

Estimated Pick up day is Saturday, January 23, from 8:00 am to 10:00 am.  Distribution will be made at circle behind the Training Center.

Please arrive between 8:00 am and 10:00 am to pick up your products. Your order will be pre-packed and ready to go!
